Kansas CCIM Chapter and WSU Center for Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award
In partnership with the Wichita State University Center for Real Estate, the Kansas CCIM Chapter hosts an annual celebration to recognize industry professionals who have made significant contributions to commercial real estate, in the Wichita market and beyond. Lifetime Achievement Award winners are an elite group of entreprenuers, developers, educators, brokers and visionaries, who began their careers in Wichita, or spent a significant portion of their career in this market.
Kansas CCIM Chapter / WSU Center for Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award Guidelines

The recipient will either be based in Wichita or Wichita will be the center of or an important part of his or her real estate activity.

The recipient will have made a significant contribution to the commercial real estate and/or development industry over a long period of time. This typically will include involvement in significant real estate projects/transactions, as well as participation in industry organizations. The recipient should be an individual whose body of work has made a lasting impact on the industry, not just an individual who has completed a large number of deals.

The recipient will exemplify and promote high standards of ethical conduct in real estate.

In exceptional circumstances, a posthumous award may be given.

In exceptional circumstances, the award may be given to two or more individuals whose commercial real estate activities are closely linked with one another.

An award need not be given every year.
