Refund Policy

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

The Kansas CCIM Chapter reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Kansas CCIM Chapter. If the Kansas CCIM Chapter refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

CHAPTER EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Event Cancellation by Chapter

The Kansas CCIM Chapter reserves the right to cancel any event. If the Kansas CCIM Chapter cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the Kansas CCIM Chapter has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date at its sole discretion.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, cancellation of event registration less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. In the event check or cash have been used for payment, a company check will be sent within 90 days.

These above policies apply to all Kansas CCIM Chapter Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
